Program Overview
Healing Opportunities Promoting Empowerment (H.O.P.E.) is a multi-disciplinary team through which a variety of therapeutic services and activities are delivered to the North Bay Regional Health Centre's five programs. Collaboration and partnerships with the program areas, community agencies and services are essential to our effectiveness.
Our aim is to improve quality of living through enhanced independence and community reintegration. The H.O.P.E. Team believes in the human potential for recovery. Individuals with a mental illness are empowered to choose, get and keep valued roles. Empowerment opportunities are promoted through individualized programs and specialized services.
