Dental Services
The Northeast Mental Health Centre's Dental Clinic provides high quality preventive and restorative dental services based on the standards of the Royal College of Dental Surgeons. These services are provided in the order that the patients may continue to maintain and achieve optimal oral health contributing to an overall improved health status. Procedures may include but are not limited to, restorations of cavities, root canal therapy, extractions, fabrication of dentures, scaling and prophylaxis.
New patients will be given a thorough examination including periodontal, TMJ disorder and cancer screening and will be placed on a treatment plan based on their specific needs and assessments. Educational programs and done in consultation with various disciplines and can be done on an individual or group basis.
