Vocational Services
Provides vocational rehabilitation services to patients; evaluates rehabilitation potential by reviewing patients psychiatric, medical, educational and employment histories; collects relevant data; and prepares sick benefit and C.P.P. applications. The program also assists in job searches, job coaching, work safety teaching and training placements, and acts as a case manager for patients involved in community work; liaises with community agencies, employers, educational/training facilities and families as well as the H.O.P.E. Team and program staff.
